All products belonging to the rhombus PSE catalog must pass the inspection of a third-party inspection agency authorized by the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Japan and obtain the inspection certificate before entering the Japanese market. For products belonging to the round PSE catalog, entering the Japanese market, a third-party testing agency must be entrusted to carry out the test, obtain the certificate of conformity, and confirm that they meet the technical standards of Japanese electrical products.
